What ordering options do you provide?

Currently, we only take trade on-line orders via our web site. At this time, we are not able to accept orders via email, post or telephone.

What payment options do you offer?

Our web site will accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro.

Do your prices include VAT?

No for trade customers buying through the website. The VAT number is 945 606310
Yes for retail customers, who will be directed to Amazon where prices include VAT

What if I forget my password for the site?

Go to the Log In page and enter your registered email address then click "Send Password" and your new password will be emailed to you. This will be an automated response – some junk mail filters treat automated responses as spam – so check in your spam folder if you do not receive the email.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel the order at any time prior to despatch by contacting us by telephone on 08456 808067 or by e-mail at info@sacredretreat.com marking your e-mail 'Urgent'. If the order has already been despatched the buyer must return it to us in a saleable condition complete in its original packaging to the following address. Refund
We believe that our products are market leading and that it is unlikely that you will want to return your goods. However, if you are not satisfied with any item you order, in the first instance, please email us at info@sacredretreat.com explaining the reason for your return. Then please return it UNOPENED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 7 days of receipt for a refund (less the postage costs). You should then send the goods back to us. The packaging that the goods arrive in can often be used for this. Please indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice/delivery note with your return, making sure that the package is wrapped securely. Once we have received the goods, we will refund your credit/debit card. Please allow up to 21 days from the date you sent it to us for this to happen. Please note that we can only refund postage and delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. If the refund hasn’t been made to your card within 21 days of you sending the item back to us, please contact us at info@sacredretreat.com so that we can investigate. When returning an item please obtain a certificate of posting as Sacred Retreat cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive at our offices. What should i do if the goods i receive are damaged or faulty?

How long will it take to deliver my goods?

Most products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days. Occasionally due to a high volume of orders or postal delays they can take longer. We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. You should allow 10 working days from receipt of the email notification saying your goods have been despatched. If it has not arrived please check with your local delivery office as quite often we find they have tried to deliver when a customer is out. Do you supply products outside of the UK

Currently, we only supply Sacred Retreat products within the UK. If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase our products, please send us an email and as soon as we start distributing in your country we will let you know.
